Once you have received the “Your Order Has Been Despatched” email, your order has been despatched and you will shortly receive an email from DPD confirming your tracking details.
On the morning of delivery you will receive an email or text from DPD confirming a 1 hour window for delivery ie. 10:07am to 11:07am.
To guarantee that you receive the text from DPD, make sure that you include your mobile telephone number in the sign up process on our website. You can change the delivery time 1 hour window to what ever suits you, this is done by simply replying to the text and selecting your preferred delivery allocation. All UK Mainland deliveries are sent via a Next Working Day service. DPD offers a 1 hour delivery window and is unique to DPD it represents the ultimate in customer service driven deliveries. Exclusions apply. See shipping for full details.
