Sis Go Bar Description
Never has fast food tasted so good and been so nutritious. Approximately 15% of the calories are derived from protein and over 70% from carbohydrate. Carbohydrate is delivered from several sources including oats, rice, corn and real fruit to provide a consistent energy release, the oats also provide a good source of soluble fibre. The bar is fortified with vitamins and minerals to be in balance with its energy content. The apple and blackcurrant flavoured bar has over 80% of the calories from carbohydrate whilst the chocolate orange flavoured bar has added MCTs (medium chain triglycerides) from coconut oil. The MCTs provide an extra, easily used energy source for those ultra endurance athletes Chewy fruit and cereal bar with Vitamins With MCTs and Micronutrients
