The Vigor SL's lighter spokes produce a superior aerodynamic alloy clincher wheel with the lowest possible rotational weight for all out performance. Designed for lighter riders, the Vigor SL uses the same proven technology as our revolutionary Vigor but shaves off an additional 45gm by using a lighter, thinner spoke. The Vigor SL is a superior aerodynamic alloy clincher wheel with the lowest possible rotational weight available. This translates to better acceleration, faster times and a lower price tag than comparable carbon wheels, without sacrificing durability or convenience.

hubset: The Vigor rims are laced to the TdF3.4 proprietary hub, designed and manufactured in the USA. The front hub has a unique 85mm wide flange placement which increases the lateral wheel stiffness by nearly 20%. The rear hub features our Patented Differential Flange Diameter, which doubles the number of pulling spokes and creates a more durable wheel. Both hubs are fully CNC machined and feature oversized axles, increasing the wheel durability and stiffness without increasing the wheel weight.

freehubs: CNC machined Titanium freehub body has 3 independently sprung steel pawls for a bomb-proof torque transfer system. This system is strong, simple and dependable.

rims: The 34mm tall deep-section, single cavity, alloy rim offers superior lateral and torsional stiffness. Brake sidewalls are CNC-machined for smoothness and consistency. This combination of aerodynamic performance and minimal rotating weight makes the Vigor among the lightest and fastest aerodynamic category wheels available.

spoke & nipple: The Vigor SL wheel set features paired black, 14/17 gauge custom aero profile spokes with internal alloy nipples and nylon inserts, creating clean aerodynamic performance and superior, long-term durability. Our Patented, Jacketed Nipple Design™ and Dish Reducing design™ reduce spoke bending loads and rear wheel dish, increasing spoke life and contributing to a more durable wheel system.
