Ergo Frame, 800 gram flywheel and new ergonomic remote resistance shifter, the RDA-80 offers a super quiet training experience by applying the resistance to the wheel rim. This system has the benefit of eliminating tyre wear, allowing easy use for mountain bikes with knobbly tyres. The Evolution resistance unit is super smooth, quiet and compact with a pivot position to improve roller tension and dampen vibration. The rollers are perfectly tensioned to reduce slippage and minimise noise.
