The Keo cleat has been developed to reduce weight. It retains the 3 standard bolt attachment and front pivot design and goods connection to the pedal. The Bi-component body means the white area gives efficient free angle play while reducing noise and the red/black/grey area is strong enough to allow slow wear.
Adjustment memory is the small black part that you can screw to the sole of your shoe to enable cleat replacement in exactly the right position. Wear indicators so that cleat change time is never an issue.
