EASTON EC90 AERO ROAD WHEELSET 08
The EC90 Aero is the upgrade for the popular Tempest II carbon wheel set. However, it now comes with new Easton-made 56mm carbon rims laced to Easton R4 hubs; the EC90 Aero is stiffer and faster than its predecessor. Deep section rims offer incredible rotational and lateral stiffness providing quick acceleration and a smoother ride. This is a great hand-built road-racing wheel, but is equally at home for triathlons or cyclocross.
- Hubs: F-R4, R-R4 with wider 78mm flange placement for lateral stiffness and handling precision. Wider, larger pawl carrier improves torque handling
- Axles: Large diameter 12mm axles made from 7050 alloy with precision ground bearing journals
- Bearings: Precision sealed cartridge bearings and tool-free pre-load adjustment
- Cassette Body: 7050 alloy
