Race Face is now ready to introduce the Rally DH Jacket - an armored jacket designed to protect your skeleton, soft tissue and internal organs from impact and abrasion, common in Freeride and Downhill Mountain Biking. This jacket is the result of years of research, development, and countless hours of consultation with both our pro Freeride team and Race Face component engineers. The result - a very breathable and adjustable jacket design, worthy of being branded with the Race Face name. RIDER INSPIRED DESIGN: Design and input testing with pro freeriders and Race Face team riders, Darren Berrecloth and Paul Basagoitia INCREASED BREATHABILITY: Strategically placed stretch mesh is used throughout the body to maximize airflow and increase the wicking of moisture away from your skin to the surface of the jacket where it can evaporate quickly HIGH DENSITY HARDSHELL: These injected moulded hardshell pieces (used for the chest, shoulders and spine) are the result of countless CAD drawings and engineering meetings. The material used is light weight, and has an impact modifier to absorb force while retaining its shape. A carefully engineered matrix on the back of the shells further distributes impact forces across the hardshell ARTICULATED CHEST PANEL: This is currently the only jacket on the market which uses an articulated chest panel to ensure a good fit across a broad range of anatomies FLEXIBLE SPINE PROTECTION: The spine protector is articulated for superior horizontal and lateral movement allowing you to 'flow' on your bike. Can be removed for washing the jacket. Waist: Measure at narrowest circumference. And don't suck it in - nobody's watching. Inseam: Measure inner leg from crotch to below the ankle bone. Best if done by a qualified hot chick.
