Litespeed Archon T1 Road Frame 07 Archon T1 technical information Seatstays (3/2.5 ti) Wide, oval cross section seat stays provide wonderful vertical compliance (comfort) but resist lateral loads yielding an enhanced drive-train efficiency. Chainstays (3/2.5 ti) Asymmetric Double butted chainstay. Bi-planar BB/CS junction multi cross-section V-bend fabrication. Provides excellent tyre and heel clearance whilst maintaining excellent component compatibility. Seat Tube / BB junction 3/2.5 seat tube ovalizes and wraps the bottom bracket (beneath the surface of the down tube). This provides added weld surface area, incredible power transfer and is compatible with all 35mm front derailleurs. Patented 6/4 Top tube “Radial Break’ , sheet formed top tube – incredibly stiff, enhances front end control. Head Tube / Top tube junction New proprietary “Wrap’ Technology. 3/2.5 ti head tube & top tube join provides a level of stiffness never before experienced with titanium. Down tube 3/2.5 Double butted, multi-shaped down tube for improved handling, stiffness and overall performance. Wrapping the head tube in a similar way to the top tube, the down tube has been created using a forming technique unique to Litespeed and never seen before in a titanium frame. Colour – Red, Blue or brushed titanium . The coloured frame and fork will undergo a 14 stage finishing process and are fully lacquered.
