MET, the leading Italian brand and specialist in bike helmets production launched the Stradivarius 199, the first helmet in the world below 200grams, at the Girod'Italia.

This amazing achievement was realised thanks to the development and fine tuning of a new and still confidential fiber-composite (exclusive to MET). This new and revolutionary fiber-composite allows a reduction in the use of materials and thereby reducing the overall weight, while preserving its resistance. The revolutionary fiber was entirely developed in the METR& D and production department in Talamona, in the heart of the Italian Alps.
