The Quake AL7 has been designed working in conjunction with FOX for their latest air-spring technology. The new Quad-XLT system features a linear 6.6" of plush rear travel and defines the state of the art in "Freeride Lite" performance. And coming from the Whyte Designs studio, it's also a practical solution with several benchmark features:

• New Quad-XLT platform is lightweight and stiff with efficient pedalling for when you need to climb or power through sections.
• Ride-height adjuster gives a 15mm variation at the BB - the "Alpine" setting is for descending and the "Pedal" setting for singletrack.
• 100% left-to-right symmetry for perfect, predictable handling.
• The linkages and shock are all housed within the front triangle keeping them safely out of harms way and out of the mud for better long term reliability.
• Sealed grease caps over the bearings prevent ingress of dirt and water, increasing bearing life and guaranteeing smoother operation.
• Replaceable modular dropout system provides unrivalled versatility with a choice of 150mm or 135mm width in either 10 or 12mm axle (bolt through or QR type), with or without gear hanger.
