RACE

The 2006 Race range upholds Orca’s standard of making the best in product technology available to athletes of all levels.

Everything we have learnt from working with distance triathletes is applied to the Orca Race range, which includes enhanced performance fabrics – Aqua-Glide, Dri-Lite and the new Vapour. Advanced product features, revised lengths, increased colour options and a standardised sizing system are also new in 2006.

Orca 2006 Race Men's Stretch Tri Pocket Singlet

Fitted with three rear pockets and Invisible front Zip, this singlet is a comfortable, extra stretch garment for firm fit and comfort over distance. With the combination of three performance fabrics including the all new Vapour for effective moisture management, the Stretch Tri-Pocket Singlet is geared for maximum exertion and distance durability. Aqua-Glide fabric, advanced super-stretch mesh back and Moisture Transfer panels offer lightness and breathability.

  Orca Aqua-Glide has been re-engineered as a higher gauge fabric – a tighter knit, for lighter, more breathable comfort and increased durability. Water resistant qualities promote speed through the water, while minimising water absorption. Featuring Lycra inside a polyamide yarn for extra defence against chlorine and bacteria, Aqua-Glide keeps athletes cool, dry and comfortable.

• VAPOUR

  A materials breakthrough in moisture management, the new Orca Vapour is a light, breathable fabric used in key Moisture Transfer panels of garment construction. With a high Moisture Vapour Transmission Rate (MVTR) – the rate at which moisture passes through the fabric and away from the skin – Vapour represents a new addition to signature Orca performance materials designed to maximise output with comfort.
