A fast rolling tire designed for XC competition and all-round performance. The Twister Pro is lighter than semi-slicks and offers improved traction particularly in hard packed conditions. Featuring Endless Edge® tread design, the Twister Pro uses five sided lugs oriented to provide consistent and predictable handling when cornering and braking. Available in 26 x1.9, Kevlar beaded and ProTection versions with DuraSkin® sidewall reinforcement and tubeless certified for the Mavic UST system. Various tpi rating apply to the Twister range. All Pro versions feature a 4 ply casing with 228 tpi (threads per inch). Although the Supersonic version is 3 ply / 170 tpi to keep weight to a minimum. Patterned after the top performing Pro tyre, the Twister is an economic version for the recreational rider with a slightly lower 84 tpi casing and wire bead.
