The seat itself resembles the Hamax Siesta with all its safety features and comfortable reclining function. It includes a new harness system that only requires one hand to fasten it, to keep the child securely in the seat. The other hand is then free to support the cycle for greater safety while fastening the harness. The Hamax PLUS child seat can be tipped 20 degrees backwards from upright, which is further than any other seat on the market. The child lies safely in an even more comfortable sleeping position. Please note that this seat also features the advantages of the Hamax PLUS system. After connecting one of the three Hamax PLUS luggage carriers to the bike, this child seat is without doubt the easiest child seat to mount. The Hamax PLUS child seat is easy to fix and remove from the bike. When you want to carry more than just your child, you can use the Hamax PLUS bag or basket in combination with the Hamax PLUS child seat. To prevent the child seat from being mounted incorrectly, there are double safety functions built into the PLUS system. Red indicators will warn you if mounting is incorrect. Just slide the bicycle child seat onto the rails until you hear a click (safety-snap). Place the seat in the desired position and turn the knob till it stops. To take the seat off, reverse the procedure - turn the knob in the opposite direction and release the safety-snap.
